Overview

Amy Miller is a senior client principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of the Leadership Assessment and Development Practice. She is passionate about helping leaders, teams, and organizations accelerate their performance and achieve their potential.

Experience

Amy focuses on leadership and team assessment, development, coaching, and succession. She partners with clients to assess key capabilities needed and creates targeted interventions to help leaders and teams achieve their potential.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Amy was a program director for custom executive education programs at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She led the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of a portfolio of customized executive education programs. She worked with corporate clients and faculty to develop the curricula, select the faculty, and tailor learning experiences that produced desired results based on their strategic goals.

Amy built her consulting skills at Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint Consulting, where she worked on a broad range of projects with the finance organizations of several Fortune 500 companies in multiple sectors and high-profile non-profit organizations.

Amy earned ACC coaching designation through the International Coaching Federation and has completed Heidrick & Struggles’ Team Coaching program which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is certified to debrief the Hogan Leadership Development Suite, Saville Wave Expert and Professional Styles, and Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership, Team, and Organizational Accelerator assessments.
