Dr. Stephen Wyatt (Steve) is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice, specializing in strategy and leadership development. Steve has worked extensively with both multinational and Asia-based corporations on strategy planning and implementation in the region, as well as with government agencies and non-governmental organizations to address important national and social issues.
Steve has 20 years of leadership consulting experience across the Asia Pacific market. He was previously executive director at Singapore Management University where he led the executive and leadership development business. Prior to that, he was the managing director at IXL Center (Asia), which supports business executives seeking to accelerate growth or achieve breakthrough growth for their organizations. From 2000 to 2007, he served as the regional managing partner of strategy consulting firm Monitor Group.
