Experience
With more than 15 years of experience as a leadership and executive search advisor, Flavio helps clients to recruit, develop, and retain talent in the wide field of business services. His main focus has been on assignments in insurance and consumer financial services as well as on technology and digital transformation roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Flavio served as executive director at a leading executive search firm and was previously a client partner in another prominent search firm. Before starting his search career, Flavio founded a boutique advisory firm specializing in business intelligence and media relations support for large Italian corporations. He later merged his firm with his largest Italian competitor and assumed the role of head of operations and client management before becoming a partner and chief operations officer of the media monitoring business unit.
Flavio began his career as a fellow in sociology at Bocconi University. He is fluent in English, Italian, and French.
