Heidrick & Struggles Paradigm for Parity

On 26 July 2017, Heidrick & Struggles Chairman, Tracy Wolstencroft and CEO, Krishnan Rajagopalan, signed the Paradigm for Parity Pledge and committed to having gender parity by 2030. To achieve this, Heidrick & Struggles promises to:

  • Minimize and eliminate unconscious bias
  • Significantly increase the number of women in senior operating roles
  • Measure targets at every level and communicate progress and results regularly
  • Base career progress on business results and performance, not presence
  • Identify women of potential and give sponsors as well as mentors
