2016 World Economic Forum

January 20, 2016

The scale, scope, and complexity of technological change is transforming the nature of competition for organizations around the world. Understanding — and responding — to the challenges requires a new kind of leadership, and a new breed of leaders who recognize that incremental improvement is no longer sufficient. Winning requires continual transformation.

Against this backdrop, the World Economic Forum convenes its 2016 meeting in Davos-Klosters, engaging heads of state, Nobel laureates, international political leaders, as well as a range of private- and social-sector leaders to help understand the myriad challenges and opportunities, and to collaborate on bold ideas and strategic actions. The theme of this year’s meeting is: Mastering the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Heidrick & Struggles is proud to participate for the ninth year as a strategic partner of the Forum. We closely identify with the Forum's mission of improving the state of the world, and hope to contribute by sharing new insights into the leadership challenges facing global organizations.
