Merrin has served as COO of Canadian diversified mining company Sherritt, and as CEO of Luscar, Canada’s largest thermal coal producer. She is a nonexecutive director of Stillwater Mining and Novadaq Technologies, and has served as a director and then chairman of CML Healthcare (then TSX) and on the board of Enssolutions, a mining services company, and NB Power.
