She has guided executive leaders in a wide variety of industries in developing the corporate vision/purpose and aligning their teams to own the results and to improve spirit and performance. Jane earned a master of science degree in industrial administration from Carnegie-Mellon University and a bachelor of science in economics from Allegheny College.
