She has more than 25 years of experience partnering with businesses in achieving their strategies and goals though healthy, high-performance culture shaping. She is a trusted partner to CEOs, executive leaders, and organizational teams. Her proven success in leading numerous Senn Delaney engagements provides a strong foundation for working with clients to tailor engagements to specific strategic and transformational needs. She has assisted hundreds of leaders to shape their organization’s cultures that enables ever higher performance in a way that is sustainable and enduring.

She has guided executive leaders in a wide variety of industries in developing the corporate vision/purpose and aligning their teams to own the results and to improve spirit and performance. Jane’s experience has shown her that a leader’s authentic ability to inspire passion toward a clear purpose is vital to the organization’s ability to create and sustain the winning behaviors that drive results.

In her earlier career, Jane gained extensive experience in U.S. and global strategy with the American Express Travel Related Services Company.


Jane earned a master of science degree in industrial administration from Carnegie-Mellon University and a bachelor of science in economics from Allegheny College.
