Experience
Jill combines her executive search experience in the healthcare industry with a background in banking, treasury, and corporate finance to identify executive leaders who will make an impact.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jill led a healthcare services practice for another executive search firm recruiting senior C-suite leaders and board members.
Before her career in search, Jill was an executive director at J.P. Morgan Chase, working with U.S.-based multinational clients across industries, including healthcare and life sciences. Previously, she spent 12 years at McDonald’s Corporation in domestic and international finance leadership roles. In addition to her time in corporate roles, she was a partner in a personal finance mobile app.
