Enrico Coco is a partner in the Heidrick & Struggles’ Milan office and a member of the Industrial Practice, Europe & Africa.
Experience
Enrico is directly in charge of international and local assignments related to CEO, COO, CPO, CCO, and CFO searches mainly within the automotive, machinery, oil & gas, and transportation industries. He also leads leadership consulting and assessment projects for local and international organizations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Enrico was a senior associate at another global search firm, working primarily on local and international C-level assignments within the industrial and life science practices.
Enrico spent 8 years with Mercuri Urval as a senior consultant, working on various international recruitment and assessment projects, mainly focused on industrial, supply chain operations, and life science sectors. He began his career as an HR development manager with SIA.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
