Annalie Davies is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office and a member of the global Financial Services, CEO & Board of Directors practices. She is the global co-lead of the Wealth & Asset Management and Real Estate sectors.
Experience
Annalie has more than 20 years of experience in Australia and the UK, working with senior industry professionals across banking, property, funds and wealth management, insurance, superannuation, and professional services.
She joined Heidrick & Struggles from Vine Partners, a privately owned boutique executive search firm she established in 2011 with expertise in the financial services sector.
Prior to starting her own business, Annalie was a partner of Collins Consulting Group, a Sydney-based boutique executive search firm where, during her seven years, she had sector responsibility for the wealth and funds management practices as well as functional responsibility for the corporate infrastructure practice working with HR, COO, finance, risk, compliance, technology, audit and marketing professionals.
Before returning to Sydney in 2004, Annalie was based in London, where she worked for Armstrong International and another global executive search firm within their technology and financial services practices. During her time in London, Annalie was seconded to the role of head of talent acquisition for idealab!, an internet incubator. Annalie began her career in Sydney.
