Marina Ivanoff is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of Heidrick Consulting, specializing in leadership development and change management. She brings a breadth of experience in HR and leadership consultancy acquired in multinational institutions, and through living and working across Europe, the US, and Asia.
With more than 15 years of experience as a leadership consultant and executive coach, Marina specializes in leadership development program design and facilitation, competency assessment, high potential identification and executive coaching. Her background as both an HR practitioner and consultant informs the practical, insightful, and solution-focused edge she brings to her engagements. She is versatile and can work with a range of organizational groups, and has particular insight into diversity and inclusion within the corporate world.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she had her own consultancy boutique firm and worked in consultancy firms. Marina has been living in Singapore and working in APAC for the last 8 years.
Prior to joining the consulting industry, Marina held HR positions that exposed her to both operational and strategic HR in local, regional, and global roles at Griffith Laboratories, Coca-Cola Enterprises and DHL.
Marina holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in individual and organizational psychology from INSEAD. She holds an advanced diploma in coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in London and is a certified coach (PCC) from the ICF. She is a master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming and is accredited in several psychometric tools such as MBTI and Hogan.
Marina is fluent in French and English.
