Nancie Lataille is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a member of the CEO & Board of Directors, Consumer, and Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs practices.
She is experienced in advising Canadian and international companies in the areas of executive talent strategy, benchmarking, succession planning, recruitment, and effectiveness. She also partners with boards and C-suites to navigate the rapidly changing talent marketplace in Canada and abroad. Highly regarded for her comprehensive approach, Nancie leads with integrity and industry acumen commensurate with clients she partners with, from start-ups to market leaders.
With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Nancie’s approach is rooted in her early experience as a commercial litigator with leading law firms in Toronto and Montreal.
Nancie also participates in several internal firm-building initiatives at Heidrick & Struggles such as the Global Consultant Promotion Committee and is the co-dean for the firm’s flagship leadership development program, Accelerating Women’s Excellence (AWE). She also remains active as a founding member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Council.
Nancie received the professional board advisor designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She has served on several boards and non-profits in Canada.
Nancie earned a bachelor of laws in common law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a bachelor of laws in civil law from Université de Montréal.
