Nancie Lataille

Overview

Nancie Lataille is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Montreal office, leading our expansion in the Quebec market and leading the CEO & Board of Directors, Consumer Markets, and Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs practices in Canada. Previously, she was the regional managing partner of the Corporate Officers Practice in the Americas and the partner in charge of the Toronto office.

Nancie is widely recognized as a leader in her profession. She has a breadth and depth of experience advising Canadian and international companies in CEO and board succession planning, assessment, recruitment, and effectiveness. She is a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the rapidly changing global talent marketplace. Highly regarded for her comprehensive yet tailored approach, Nancie leads with integrity and industry acumen commensurate with clients she partners with, from start-ups to market leaders in Canada and abroad.

With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Nancie’s approach is rooted in her early experience as a lawyer with leading law firms in Toronto and Montreal.

Nancie participates in several internal firm-building initiatives at Heidrick & Struggles, such as the flagship leadership development program, Accelerating Women’s Excellence (AWE). She also remains active as a founding member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council.
