Anna Minto is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and leads the Heidrick Consulting global Consumer Markets Practice. With 25+ years focusing on the consumer, healthcare, and industrial sectors, Anna is a thought leader and trusted advisor to CEOs, senior executives, and boards of directors, collaborating to transform and shift the trajectories of large, complex organizations.

Anna partners with client teams on organization-critical issues such as setting values-based vision, mission, and culture; building rigorous and effective business strategies; embedding purpose-built organizations with dynamic executive leadership and teams; driving impactful execution with operational excellence within organizational structures; enriching innovation grounded in customer insight; and implementing change management. She seamlessly links strategy and execution while collaborating with clients and developing their capabilities.

Anna joined Heidrick & Struggles after 17 years as a partner and managing director of The Boston Consulting Group based in London, Boston, New York, and Dallas. There, Anna led client service teams and held governance positions as a lead officer for their global consumer practice, organization practice, Career Development Committee, and Women's Initiative.

She was also the founder and CEO of Transformation Change, a consulting services company that enriches strategies and embeds change. There, Anna engaged in executive advisory services, consulting, workshops and speaking engagements. Early in her career, Anna was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.

Anna has significant experience with corporate governance and leadership roles including independent board director and co-chair of the Finance Committee of the United States Olympic Committee – USA Canoe/Kayak; independent board director and vice chair of the Admin & Finance Committee of the US State Department’s Global North Texas operation; board director and chair of the Marketing Committee of InsightsNow! Inc (privately held); and managing director of Golden Seeds, one of the US’s most active early-stage investment funds empowering women entrepreneurs and the people who invest in them.

She is the author of multiple articles on strategy, organization, change management, innovation, culture and leadership, cost cutting, post-merger integration and implementation.


Anna holds an bachelor’s degree with honors in biology and genetic engineering, and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. She is a citizen of the US, Canada and the UK.
