Adrienne Nemeth is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She has expertise with leadership team development, innovation and talent development programs, and culture shaping. Adrienne is passionate about diversity in leadership and relies on design thinking and her Six Sigma background to link rigour to innovation in bringing solutions to clients.
She has designed and delivered talent programs and other executive-level team journeys for Sanofi, Mylan, Givaudan, Credit Agricole Investment Bank and Lesaffre.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Adrienne worked with several consulting firms driving corporate culture transformation, high-potential learning, and coaching programs. She spent the first 15 years of her corporate career in General Electric’s various businesses across geographies in marketing, commercial and Six Sigma roles.
Adrienne combines her operational business experience with her individual and team coaching and facilitation skills to bring measurable results to clients. Her client centric attitude and great interpersonal skills allow her to help leaders to operate at new levels of performance standards.
Adrienne earned an MS in marketing from the University of New York, and a BA from McDaniel College. She is a certified executive coach from HEC Paris and holds certificates in Leading for Creativity from IDEO and coaching for emotional intelligence.
