Frazer Wilson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office and a member of the global Financial Services and CEO & Board of Directors practices.
Experience
Frazer has more than 20 years of experience advising a range of domestic and global financial institution leaders across Asia Pacific including, Australia and New Zealand. Frazer was based in Singapore as the regional managing partner of the Financial Services Practice for APAC and the Middle East before returning to Sydney in 2018.
Frazer joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2007 and has been instrumental in building the firm's capability across the APAC financial institutions market and has been a major contributor in building one of the largest and most successful global financial services client relationships. Much of his work the past few years has been working with senior leaders across a variety of financial institutions to embrace disruption, transformation, governance, and regulation.
Frazer began his career in the executive recruitment industry in London where he specialized in the European retail and institutional financial services fields. His early career was spent in treasury for the Bank of Scotland and in finance and marketing roles for Shell UK.
