Overview
Ari Zauderer is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a member of the global Technology & Services, Technology Officers, and Digital Officers practices. He works with clients across the technology ecosystem, helping to recruit executive-level leaders, with a particular focus on CTO, CIO, CISO, engineering, product, and GTM roles.
Experience
Ari works with private and public companies across the technology sector including enterprise software, consumer, internet, security, and hardware. He focuses on helping global technology companies to fill CEO, president, GM, CRO, CCO, CMO, and additional functional roles in engineering, product, and security.
Ari spearheads the Technology Officers and Digital Officers practices in Canada, working with enterprise clients to drive their technology and digital transformation agenda across a broad range of emerging technology areas, including cloud, data & analytics, engineering, development, IoT, and cybersecurity.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ari was a member of the Canadian technology and digital practice at another global executive search firm. He began his career as a consultant in the human capital practice of Deloitte Consulting, where he was responsible for developing and implementing organization design, business strategy, operating model, performance management, and change management solutions for leading financial services, technology, public sector, and consumer clients.
