Mariam has extensive experience recruiting general managers, sales leaders, and marketing leaders for technology companies at all stages in the UK and across Europe. Mariam’s track record spans across multiple verticals, including enterprise software, cloud services, and security. Mariam has partnered with some of the biggest and most active funds in technology to help them think through their talent program for their most critical growth assets whilst simultaneously supporting some of the biggest names in technology.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mariam spent time at a boutique executive search firm focusing on commercial leadership roles in high-growth venture-backed software companies.+
Mariam is a dual Canadian and British Citizen and has lived in North America, Europe, and Asia.
