Experience
Ana has more than 15 years of professional experience in local and multinational consulting firms, helping companies to find their best C-level talent globally. She conducts assessments that support leaders in making forward-looking decisions regarding talent development, succession, and promotion in order to achieve better results and business impact for all segments.
Previously, Ana was with another global firm for 6 years in executive search and leadership development, working with clients in HR and supply chain across sectors. Before that, she led projects in various sectors, including consumer, retail, agribusiness, real estate, healthcare, and infrastructure, at other consultancies.
She began her career at Braskem in the people and corporate organization area, focusing on recruitment and selection.
