Overview
Marcus De Luca is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and global leader of the Investment Management sector within the Financial Services Practice. He also leads the global Infrastructure sector, working with investors around the world pursuing investment opportunities across the energy, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, digital, and social infrastructure sectors.
Experience
Partnering with the firm’s Industrial Practice, Marcus works with investment clients on non-executive board, C-suite, and leadership assessment projects within their portfolio assets.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marcus led the infrastructure practice at another global search firm. He established that firm’s private equity and infrastructure practice in Australasia based in Melbourne. He has more than 20 years of experience leading senior-level search and assessment projects in the Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific regions.
Marcus began his career as a solicitor and enjoyed roles in both private practice and in-house at a European bank specializing in corporate finance.
