Marcus De Luca is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and leads the global Infrastructure Investment sector, working with investors around the world pursuing investment opportunities across the utilities, transportation, telecommunications, digital, energy transition, and social infrastructure sectors.
Experience
Partnering with the firm’s Industrial Practice, Marcus also works with investment clients on non-executive board, C-suite, and leadership assessment projects within their portfolio assets.
Marcus has more than 20 years of experience leading senior-level search and assessment projects in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, he led the infrastructure practice at another global search firm based in Melbourne and established that firm’s private equity and infrastructure practice in Australasia.
Marcus began his career as a solicitor and held roles in both private practice and in-house at a European bank specializing in corporate finance.
