Sherry Duda is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and leads the Americas Organization and M&A Acceleration Practice. She has decades of executive experience in M&A integration, organizational design and transformation, culture shaping, senior team effectiveness, and talent strategy.


Sherry’s extensive experience leading high-stakes transformational change within multiple global industries allows her to quickly identify critical issues, develop pragmatic action plans, and support leadership teams to shape high-performing organizations. She leads chief executive acceleration solutions to accelerate the performance of newly-placed CEOs and CFOs.

Sherry’s consulting experience includes leading global change efforts across industrial and CPG industries, including one of the largest Fortune 500 mergers that resulted in a combined market capitalization of over $110 billion. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sherry was president and CEO of Alex Reidy & Company, a Chicago-based culture shaping firm specializing in brand and culture alignment and organization effectiveness. Previously Sherry was the chief talent, OD, HR and diversity officer for several Fortune 100 companies. She is the author of the Global OD Practice Framework™, an international standard for excellence in organization development.
