Overview

Jennifer Flock is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and head of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice in Europe & Africa. She works with senior executives and leadership teams to create significant and sustainable impact in DE&I to create the kind of inclusive environment that allows companies to attract, retain, and get the best out of 100% of today’s talent.

Experience

Jennifer has more than two decades of experience driving change in global Fortune 500 companies around performance, growth, and innovation. She’s designed and led complex, large-scale transformation initiatives in companies linked to globalization, demographic changes, post-merger integration, sustainability, shifting business models, and new technologies.

Jennifer has worked with global Fortune 500 clients across numerous industries, including professional services, consumer, energy, transportation, health care, industrial, financial services, high tech, and mining.

Earlier in her career she served as an executive committee member of the leading global travel management division of TUI, responsible for transformation and strategic business planning. Previously, she advised global clients as a strategy consultant at Deloitte.
