Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marianne spent nearly four years at a boutique executive search firm, focusing on sourcing roles in enabling/corporate office functions within the financial services, professional services, and FMCG sectors.
She began her earlier career at a leading contingent firm and subsidiary of a JSE-listed holding company, where she had an 11-year tenure, specializing in HR, legal, and compliance recruitment.
