Nedra Johnson

Overview

Nedra Johnson is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Atlanta office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She has more than 18 years of experience helping leaders navigate the volatile business environment, enabling them to work collaboratively to drive towards sustainable results and desired outcomes.

Experience

Nedra collaborates with clients across several industries including biotech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer and industrial products, financial services, nonprofits, and energy. Her passion for experiential learning design shapes her facilitation of both face-to-face and virtual sessions for senior leaders on core organization leadership topics including strategy, critical conversations, values, culture, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nedra was vice president of partnerships at Singularity University in Santa Clara, CA, and a member of the executive leadership team. During her time at Singularity, Nedra curated worldwide partnerships in support of the global expansion strategy and served as the executive sponsor for Singularity’s diversity, equity & inclusion committee.

Previously, Nedra was a managing director at Duke Corporate Education where she managed a large portfolio of client relationships, focused on designing and delivering cutting-edge experiences in both face-to-face and virtual environments. She played a pivotal role in strategically growing the organization’s educator network and helped to develop internal design capabilities across client facing teams.
