Markus Kaiser is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Munich office where he works with industrial, technology, automotive, and private equity clients to help them address their global CEO, board, and senior executive talent needs.
Experience
Markus has more than 15 years of experience fostering global relationships and bringing his broad experience across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. to work for his clients.
He helps recruit C-suite and senior executive teams in the industrial technology, automotive, capital equipment, electrical, and paper & packaging sectors. He also helps private equity firms assess and build teams and boards for their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Markus was a managing partner in another international executive search firm, responsible for their Central and Eastern European region. Before that, he was a managing partner and country managing director for a leading management consulting company in Central and Eastern Europe.
Markus is fluent in German and English.
