Matthias Kamber is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Zurich office and a member of the global Technology Practice, covering the software, innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, telecommunication, and IoT sectors. He leads technology functional work across Switzerland and Europe, including digital and data officers (CDO), information officers (CIO), technology officers (CTO), product officers (CPO), artificial intelligence (AI), and other data-focused leadership roles.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Matthias worked for another executive search firm based in Dubai (UAE), where he led the execution of international C-suite mandates for the civil aviation, aerospace and defense, and transportation practices with a strong focus on digital transformation, big data, data analytics, and e-commerce.
Previously, Matthias was a senior consultant in a leading global recruiting company responsible for co-establishing Zurich’s legal and compliance practice. He speaks fluent German, English, and French.
