Elizabeth Linhart is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and a member of the Industrial Practice. She leads operating searches for the Fortune 500, private equity portfolio companies, and emerging start-ups across multiple industries for CEO, COO, general counsel, general manager, supply chain, operations, and engineering roles and assessment projects.
Experience
Elizabeth has 15+ years of international executive search experience. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was a principal and executive recruiter at another global executive search firm where she created and led a center of expertise focused on legal searches. During this time, she completed multiple executive and professional level engagements across the industrial, consumer, and technology sectors.

Elizabeth serves on the board of directors of the National Charity League, a non-profit organization designed to encourage community service and volunteering opportunities for mothers and daughters. She has also served as team manager on her daughter’s club volleyball teams.
