Greg Lovas is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington D.C. office and a member of the firm’s global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. Greg focuses on advising senior executives and boards of directors on global talent management issues while conducting assignments primarily within the medical device, diagnostics, life science and pharmaceutical sectors.

His clients range from early stage venture-backed companies to Fortune 500 firms, and he has worked on CEO, general management, marketing, and sales search. Greg has also helped many healthcare and life sciences brands establish a presence in Asia through his expertise and understanding of this complex market. Greg is adept at providing his multinational clients with strategic talent management guidance, as well as insights into significant global business practices, competitive developments and emerging trends.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Greg spent 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility at another global executive search firm. Most recently, Greg was the Asia Pacific life sciences practice leader for the firm where he gained first-hand experience helping healthcare companies assess and upgrade their talent throughout the region. Before entering executive search, he worked at a Fortune 500 global financial services organization, where he took on a variety of roles in sales management and marketing.
