Jenny Looi Banning

Overview

Jenny is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of the global Consumer Markets, Private Equity, CEO & Board of Directors, and Supply Chain & Operations Officers practices. She leads the Consumer Practice in Singapore and helps her clients at top leadership levels to build and transform capabilities across functions. She supports her private equity clients in their CEO and C-suite talent needs for their consumer portfolio companies.

Experience

Jenny focuses on delivering talent and organizational transformation solutions at the CEO and senior director level to enhance leadership capability and company performance. She supports company and private equity clients across a broad range of sectors, including consumer goods, consumer health, retail & luxury, hospitality & leisure, and media & entertainment. Jenny’s work is concentrated in the Asia Pacific region, where she assists clients with their HQ and talent needs in emerging markets of Southeast Asia.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Jenny was the Asia Pacific managing director for Villeroy & Boch and led the business to achieve an accelerated growth plan for the region. She also previously led the consumer practice at another executive search firm, and held leadership roles in general management, strategy and marketing at Timberland, Citibank, and Mars Incorporated across Asia Pacific.
