Ming Luo is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Beijing office and a member of the Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. A pioneer in the executive search industry in China, Ming has over 20 years of executive search experience. She has placed hundreds of senior executives from many sectors in both multinational companies and Chinese enterprises to address the evolving China market.


Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ming held key roles at several international executive search firms, and has particular experience working with clients in the life sciences & healthcare, consumer & retail, industrial, as well as the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. She was a partner at another international executive search firm, where she led the life sciences practice in China.

Previously, Ming ran her own boutique search firm, and before that, she helped open and lead two international executive search firms in China. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with China International Economic Consultants, a subsidiary of CITIC Group.
