Nancie Lataille

Overview

Nancie Lataille is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Montreal office and regional managing partner of the Corporate Officers practices. She also leads the CEO & Board of Directors and Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs practices in Canada.

Nancie is widely recognized as a leader in her profession. She has a breadth and depth of experience advising Canadian and international companies in CEO and board succession planning, assessment, recruitment, and effectiveness. She is a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the rapidly changing global talent marketplace. Highly regarded for her comprehensive yet tailored approach, Nancie leads with integrity and industry acumen commensurate with clients she partners with, from start-ups to market leaders in Canada and abroad.

With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Nancie’s approach is rooted in her early experience as a lawyer with leading law firms in Toronto and Montreal.

Nancie participates in several internal firm-building initiatives at Heidrick & Struggles, such as the flagship leadership development program, Accelerating Women’s Excellence (AWE). She also remains active as a founding member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council. 

Nancie earned the professional board advisor designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. A Montrealer by background, Nancie is bilingual and fluent in French and English.
