Yulia Makarova is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Kyiv and Warsaw offices and a member of the Industrial Practice. She has nearly two decades of experience in executive search, helping client organizations across industrial sectors to acquire C-suite and board-level positions. She is also an expert in executive assessment and leadership development.
Experience
Yulia joined Heidrick & Struggles from WE Partners where she was a senior consultant in the industry practice. She is a certified Decision Dynamics consultant and has a professional coaching practice certification from Erickson Coaching International.
Prior to joining WE Partners, Yulia was responsible for management selection in the industry and technology practice of another international consulting company.
