Experience

Amelia joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2015 in APAC and is now based in the UK. Her core consulting expertise is leadership assessment and board effectiveness. An executive search practitioner, she has placed technology and digital officers across multiple industries and CEOs and sales leaders within the technology and services industries.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Amelia worked in leadership consulting for several years in addition to leading the growth of a social business. She is a registered psychologist and has been recognized for her research in leadership style, selection, engagement and personality.
