Duncan Wardley

Overview

Duncan Wardley is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. A subject matter expert in behavioural science, Duncan helps clients to develop thriving, adaptive cultures; accelerate team and organizational effectiveness; and unleash the potential of great leaders.

Experience

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Duncan led a team of research professionals at PwC, helping financial services clients to better understand the behaviours and motivations of their customers and employees. For more than 20 years, Duncan has worked for Big 4 consulting firms helping clients gain a deep understanding of the drivers of human behavior and effecting sustainable transformational change in their organisations.

Duncan has worked extensively with academia as a guest lecturer on cultural change for both MBA and executive education programmes at London Business School and has instigated and collaborated on major behavioural research programmes that have made contributions to new understandings about human behavior.

Duncan began his career as an engineer before moving into management consulting.
