Scott Snyder leads digital and innovation consulting for Heidrick & Struggles and is a Senior Fellow of the Management Department of the Wharton  School. Snyder is a recognized thought leader in digital transformation and innovation, having held leadership roles at GE and Lockheed Martin,  launched three startups, and led technology and innovation for venture capital firm Safeguard.
