Florian Delègue is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the global Industrial and Supply Chain practices. He coordinates activities in the Manufacturing and BtoB Services sectors internationally.
Experience
Florian conducts search assignments for non-executive directors, CEOs, and senior-level functional leadership. He has a long-standing track record working with major European corporations and private equity-sponsored firms.
Working almost entirely across borders, Florian focuses on working with international clients in the automobility, transportation, manufacturing, heavy equipment, agriculture, and BtoB Services sectors.
Florian has more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2011, he worked for another American executive search company. Before entering the executive search field, Florian was a strategy consultant at an international firm where he worked in a broad range of industry sectors on development and organizational projects, covering Europe and North Africa.
He began his career in banking at Indosuez (Calyon) in London.
He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish and speaks basic Japanese. He also completed executive programs at Insead and HEC.
