Overview

Anne Rockey is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the global Consumer Markets Practice. Her search work includes identifying and recruiting key talent for CEO, board of director, general management, marketing, and sales leadership roles for organizations across the consumer spectrum. Her clients range from global Fortune 500 corporations to private equity and venture capital-backed companies as well as privately held organizations.

Experience

Throughout her career, Anne has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-Suite executives, and boards on wide ranging strategic and organizational issues. She is recognized for her depth in consumer understanding, brand strategy and portfolio management, go-to-market digital transformation, and her unique ability to identify and assess top talent across verticals. Further, she has extensive first-hand experience leading, assembling, developing, and mentoring high-performance individuals and cross-functional teams.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Anne was an executive vice president of Leo Burnett, a leading global advertising agency. For more than 15 years, her unique set of client experiences positioned her as a proven marketer and strategic innovator with depth in building brands for several of the world’s largest and most respected companies.

Anne is an active alumna of The Latin School of Chicago where she served multiple terms on the board of trustees. She is also a member of The University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Women’s Board and a sustaining member of the Guild Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
