Hervé is a certified executive coach with more than 30 years of experience, focusing on leadership transformation, organization effectiveness, and talent development for global companies.

Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Hervé was partner in a consulting firm specializing in strategy and transformation where he significantly grew the corporate transformation business. Previously, he was chief human resources officer of Converteam -General Electric Power Conversion for four years. Prior to that, he served as chief people development officer at EADS Group for 10 years. Hervé started his career working with the Corporate University of Vivendi to accelerate its transformation. He is fluent in English and French.
