Sylvain Dhenin is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Brussels office and regional co-managing partner of the Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors Practice in Europe & Africa.
Experience
Sylvain recruits chairs, CEOs, C-suite executives, and non-executive directors for some of the world’s leading companies. He has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, including industrial, technology, consumer & retail, professional services, and private equity.
Sylvain was previously vice chair of a global executive search firm and head of their European, Middle East, and Asia Pacific operations, which led to a significant expansion of the firm’s presence in Europe. Before this role, he was managing partner of another executive search firm, leading its operations in France. He began his career at Danone, a multinational food products company.
