Phyllis Schneble is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Healthcare & Life Sciences and Consumer practices, specializing in executive recruiting of senior level positions in general management, marketing, sales, strategy and digital innovation for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and diagnostics, healthcare technology and consumer-facing products and services. Phyllis has extensive experience in consumer marketing, strategy, sales, media and digital product development and specializes in the intersection of consumer + technology in the health & wellness space.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Phyllis led sales & marketing for dLife, For Your Diabetes Life – a venture capital-backed digital start up with consumer-facing properties in web, video, social media and mobile channels. In addition, they developed content-rich, cross platform patient engagement programs delivered via health plans and health systems clinically proven to increase self-care behaviors and improve health outcomes.
Having worked for Ogilvy & Mather, Foote Cone & Belding and J.Walter Thompson, Phyllis built a strong foundation in marketing and advertising across a broad range of verticals including technology (IBM), automotive (Ford Motor Co.) and financial services (American Express) before focusing exclusively on healthcare. As a senior executive at the genesis of direct to consumer advertising in healthcare, she has been involved in launching new products and new marketing programs across a wide variety of therapeutic conditions for many Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and device companies as well as early stage ventures.
Phyllis earned her bachelor of arts degree in English from Smith College where she remains active in alumnae recruitment.
