Scott Sette is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Houston office and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He consults with both well-established health provider organizations as well as growth-oriented industry innovators who seek to transform the healthcare ecosystem.
Experience
With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Scott provides thoughtful guidance to clients on their talent management strategies as they navigate complex organizational changes and industry disruption. He specializes in searches for board and C-suite roles across a broad spectrum of healthcare entities, including integrated health systems, children’s hospitals, multi-site physician practices, health plans, and private equity-backed healthcare organizations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott was the managing partner of the North American healthcare services and solutions practice for a leading global executive search firm. Previously, he was a member of the healthcare practice at another prominent executive search firm.
Before that, Scott was the president of a boutique executive search firm where he led the healthcare practice and oversaw the daily operations of the firm. He began his career in the audit practice at Deloitte.
