Overview
Nicholas A. DeMagistris is the partner-in-charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and leads and co-leads the Semiconductors and Digital Infrastructure sectors, respectively. He recruits board, officer, and vice president-level candidates for organizations in multiple technology areas, including infrastructure software, cloud services, and chip development.
Experience
Nicholas works extensively with both public and private companies and has extensive expertise in go-to-market and product functions.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nicholas spent four years at The Bowdoin Group, a boutique executive search firm near Boston, MA. As a senior consultant, he focused on business development, account management, and search execution within the software and technology space. He was also involved in internal firm-building initiatives.
