Overview
Cheli Nachman is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Tel Aviv office and a member of the global Technology Practice. She specializes in executive search for tech companies, working with Israeli clients across various domains ranging from growth companies to mature and post-IPO clients. She works with private, venture capital, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Experience
Cheli has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and C-level recruiting. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was a senior partner at an Israeli boutique search firm for 12 years, specializing in the high-tech industry, focusing on cybersecurity, data analytics and AI, enterprise software, industrial tech, and fintech.
Previously, she lived and worked for ten years in the United States, working for seven years as a VP of human resources at Citigroup, supporting global groups.
