Naomi Record is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She has experience across regions and industries, focusing on leadership acceleration, including executive assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, and succession.
Experience
Naomi designs and delivers client leadership projects, providing insights to individual leaders and teams to help them better understand and enhance their performance. She also has experience on various projects, including board and team acceleration.
Naomi assesses leaders for selection, development, succession, and M&A. She has designed large multilevel assessment projects and co-designed multiple innovative leadership development programs, integrating digital and face-to-face delivery methods.
Naomi was part of a Heidrick & Struggles team that delivered the first-to-market digital assessment solution and leads the design and global delivery of assessment training and accreditation for Heidrick & Struggles consultants. She is a certified user of a broad range of assessment and psychometric tools.
