Rachel Farley is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the European Human Resources Officers Practice. She works at the intersection of digital and HR, specialising in future-focused global HR leaders driving organisational transformation as the workforce shifts due to digital and technological disruption.
Rachel focuses on European senior level human resources searches across industries including chief human resources officers and their direct reports, heads of talent management, heads of organisational development, chief learning officers, heads of rewards, heads of recruiting, and people analytics directors.
Rachel is also an executive coach in Heidrick Consulting’s Coaching Practice where she helps leaders navigate the challenges of leading in the 4th industrial revolution. She is accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and is qualified to deliver Heidrick Consulting’s leadership assessment tool (the Leadership Accelerator Questionnaire).
As a qualified mental health first aider, she helps clients develop a robust mindset and support the mental wellbeing of their workforce.
Rachel has lived and worked in London, Singapore, Tokyo, and New York. Her career began in digital marketing in London during the dot.com boom, moving to Asia as an executive search consultant, and subsequently to New York to work with digital talent. Now based in London, she works with international clients who are building digitally-enabled organisations.
