Analyst
In this first step on your consulting career path, you will learn the consulting cycle as part of a talented, multifaceted team. This research-driven role provides key support to client engagements, where your contributions will expose you to leaders across a variety of industries. As someone with a deep interest in business, people, and organizational behavior, you’ll leverage best-in-class diagnostic tools to participate in projects focused on issues ranging from organizational transformation and leadership development to diversity & inclusion and culture shaping.
Consultant
The Consultant role offers the opportunity to deepen your consulting skills and grow your career as you serve as a key contributor to client conversations, providing ideas that are essential to shaping the outcome of our work. Along the way, you’ll work as part of a dynamic team as you gather, interpret, and present information that leverages our firm’s empirical diagnostic output and provides clients with valuable business and leadership insights.
Engagement Lead
As Engagement Lead, you’ll provide high-level support for Principals and Partners while proactively managing projects within the agreed scope and timeline. Through your consistent, high-quality work, you’ll develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders, adapting the firm’s offerings to meet specific needs. With your deep understanding of our leadership products and services, you’ll contribute within a broad range of activities and help drive enhancements to our consulting solutions. You’ll also serve as a coach and mentor to junior team members, as well as a key contributor to new business.
Principal
The Principal leads large-scale consulting engagements, working alongside clients to accelerate performance at the organizational, team, and individual levels. While mobilizing and motivating internal engagement teams, you ensure all members contribute fully and perform with excellence so that target profitability margins are achieved. As an essential driver of business, you’ll continue to build deep client relationships and seamlessly cross-sell the firm’s services to further grow revenue. In addition, you’ll contribute compelling thought leadership, including the development of new consulting products and methodologies.
Partner
