Dafna is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Tel Aviv office and a member of the global Technology Practice. She specializes in executive search for tech companies, working with Israeli clients across various domains ranging from growth companies to mature and post-IPO clients. She works with private, venture capital, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, focusing on CEO positions and other C-level roles.
Experience
Dafna has more than 25 years of experience in managing human resources in start-ups and global corporations as well as executive search.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in Israel, she spent 19 years with a leading executive firm in the Israeli market, Nisha Executive.
She built a group of professional search experts and a strong clientele of high-tech companies and venture capitalists. Her expertise includes leading search processes for C-level positions, including CEOs and CFOs among others.
Prior to Nisha, Dafna held several positions at Applied Materials within internal communication, employee care, wellness and compensation, and benefits management. During that time, the company went through a complex mergers and acquisitions process, during which Dafna was a significant player in supporting the PMI process.
