Deepti Agarwal is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New Delhi office and leads Heidrick Consulting in India. She specializes in business-led leadership development, assessments, and succession planning for CXOs and senior leaders across various public and private sectors. With a focus on impactful change, Deepti’s areas of expertise include large-scale skilling and culture transformation.
Experience
Deepti brings over 16 years of diverse consulting experience across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, advising clients in consumer, oil and gas, products, financial services, and the public sectors.
As a certified expert in leadership assessments, Deepti designs and delivers assessments for top leadership teams in diverse contexts, such as M&A and succession, to evaluate talent fit and alignment to organizational vision.
Deepti is a certified coach who completed the Basic Lab on Human Processes by ISABS. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and leverages its tools in her assessment and development work.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Deepti was a partner with Deloitte South Asia's human capital consulting practice. She co-led the leadership and learning practice within workforce transformation, driving strategic growth across marquee accounts and expanding the portfolio into the Middle East corridor.
Before that, Deepti led leadership assessments and organizational development at another global consulting firm.
