Overview
Hani Alatassi is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice. He has over a decade of experience advising clients on board and leadership effectiveness, operating model design, culture shaping, and HR transformation.
Experience
Hani partners with clients and organizations to unlock performance through fit-for-purpose operating models, leadership development, and culture shaping. He brings a pragmatic and structured approach to his work with clients in the public and private sectors. Hani’s work supports boards and senior executives in aligning structure, capability, and behavior to strategy.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Hani was a manager at PwC in the CIPS sector team, where he collaborated with clients across various industries, focused on aviation, shipping, postal services, transport, and logistics. He has extensive experience across sectors, including healthcare, financial services, and real estate development.
Before that, Hani worked closely with clients, transforming the aviation sector across Saudi Arabia by supporting the privatization and spin-off of the three largest airports and other smaller assets. He focused on ensuring the right talent was in place to support the spun-off entities. He developed fit-for-purpose HR frameworks to facilitate a successful transition.
