Luciana Assad is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office. She is a member of the Consumer Markets Practice and local lead for the Hospitality & Leisure and Media & Consumer Tech markets. Luciana has functional expertise in C-level digital, marketing, and HR functions for global and local clients in the consumer markets.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Luciana led and supported senior-level searches and special projects within the technology, consumer, and digital markets practices at another consulting firm for four years. She was responsible for building the HR center of expertise, leading multiple cross-industry searches for HR positions.
Before her career in executive search, Luciana worked for six years at local and multinational companies as an HR business partner and later expanded her role to include a commercial role within the business.
