Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Luciana led and supported senior-level searches and special projects within the technology, consumer, and digital markets practices at another consulting firm for four years. She was also part of the center of expertise, leading multiple cross-industry searches for HR positions.
Before her career in executive search, Luciana worked for six years in local and multinational companies as an HR business partner and later expanded her scope to a commercial role within the business.
