Michael D. Amato
Overview
Michael Amato is the vice president of client operations located in Heidrick & Struggles' Washington D.C. office. He is responsible for ensuring that the internal resources of the firm are best aligned to meet and exceed client expectations. Michael is particularly focused on our largest and most active clients, including our strategic partners, and helping to manage several of our most strategic client relationships. Michael also has operational responsibility for our Client Operations function, the Knowledge Management Center in India, co-leadership of our contract administration team, as well as other operational responsibilities. For the last 10 years, Michael has worked with some of our largest global clients across all industries and practices.
Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Michael was responsible for the marketing analysis and international pricing group within MCI’s residential and long distance businesses. Previously, he held several management and general management roles throughout his career. Michael started his career with Eastman Kodak Company.
